Jay, also known as Jay Walker, is a central character in the LEGO Ninjago universe. One of the original four ninja, he is the Elemental Master of Lightning, granting him control over electricity. He is known for his quick wit, inventive nature, and tendency towards sarcasm.

During the "Sons of Garmadon" storyline, Jay, along with the other ninja, adopted a disguise to infiltrate the titular motorcycle gang. As part of this mission, he donned a modified version of the Sons of Garmadon robes. This disguise was primarily to gather information about the group's intentions regarding the Oni Masks.
